This shipment was a shed going to an elderly woman that would be unable to assist with the unloading. Also, my customer called me after the delivery was made to say thanks to the gentleman that made the delivery because he was so accommodating. I do not know who made the delivery, but I want you to know that your service has solidified the relationship with my customer. Yesterday, one of your [independent contractors], [name removed] went above and beyond the call of duty to assist me. I had just left a business sales presentation and was standing under cover waiting for the monsoon rain to stop. Your [independent contractor] had just parked his car and started walking into the building with some documents, but he had a large golf umbrella. He walked me out to my car with his umbrella and, because of him, I didn't get drenched from the rain. I glanced at his name badge so I may not have the correct name; however, I did notice your company name. I thanked him quickly, but also wanted to let you know what a considerate [independent contractor] you have.
